Good afternoon. I would like to share a negative review of sneaker dry cleaning. The shoes needed cleaning as they were worn in rainy weather and all the dirt is clearly visible in the “Before” photos and videos. This procedure cost me 700 UAH and took a week. I consider the quality of cleaning to be disproportionately low in relation to the... price. You can see the result in the “After” photo and video. We only cleaned the laces (and that is, places with stains where simply rubbing with your finger can almost completely get rid of them). The biggest question is about suede. It feels like it was just rubbed with a brush. The sole is dirty. At the beginning, I thought that the stains were already ingrained into the rubber, but in fact, after wiping with an ordinary damp cloth, some of them went away. I don’t quite understand how shoes can be in this condition after dry cleaning. Extremely dissatisfied.Update: I took the shoes back to the dry cleaner to sort out the situation. I was offered a second cleaning, which I agreed to. Within 5-6 days they called that they could pick up the sneakers. In the end it turned out pretty good.
