I gave in a white cashmere coat with mink fur on the side pockets. I was worried that everything would be cleaned and that pockets and buttons would not be steamed (as they offered me at another dry... cleaner in another company for $100). At the American dry cleaner, they explained everything to me in detail and gave me good advice that they put protection on the side pockets where the fur is (instead of steaming the fur with the pocket and then sewing it on, as they told me at another dry cleaner), and they don’t remove the buttons, and they also apply protection . Well, I will make my story with this "dry cleaner" public. Reception point, Darnytsia, str. 40 builders (But it applies to all points of reception of this dry cleaner, as they send them all to exactly one building). For those who do not like a lot of text, I will say right away - if you value your things, do not give them to these "professionals"... under any circumstances. There is a high probability that they will not be cleaned for you, and they will also spoil them... Now in more detail. I entrusted them with my suit (I will note right away, NOT NEW, this is to warn the owners' response to my comment), but without obvious defects and stains! First of all, I wanted to freshen up and clean problem areas (trouser pockets, jacket collar, shoulders, and everything that was not actually problematic, before taking it to the dry cleaners). When I came to pick it up, by the way, I called myself to find out if it was ready. No one picked me up... During the examination, the woman reluctantly gave it to me "so that her hands wouldn't hurt", it was in a film, etc. I insisted that I would put it all neatly in the bag. The jacket was the first to be examined, and he did not notice anything special (although at home he looked in more detail and there was a white smear on the sleeve, exactly the same on the trouser pocket). But when he got to his pants, as they say in the common people, he "fell out"... On the left pocket there was a white spot, machine wear (as if the top layer of fabric had been brushed off) that simply ate out the eyes! She wasn't there when I handed it in, I know my suit well. Looking ahead, I will say that I handed it over in better condition than when I took it... This is the pure truth! Of course, I didn't take it away, but told them to correct their shortcoming. I am coming for the second time - the result is that they tried to change something, but the fabric was wiped clean and turned white in the light. Here I already wrote a statement in which it was said that I refuse to pay for such a service (I note that I could have demanded compensation for the damaged item). Then there was a 15-day wait, a type of examination, etc. After that, the woman dialed, and let's tell you what, I messed it up myself and handed it in. - You can come, pay and pick up your pants... (I picked up the jacket when I wrote the application and paid for its dry cleaning). To be honest, I didn't want to pay for the damaged pants, but the woman (the same one) held the pants in her hands, she was afraid that I would take them and leave without paying 😀 I looked at them, and you can see that they have painted over the wear and tear a little. I paid, because I wouldn't take my pants, thanks for the service and customer care! (Who runs a business knows that the customer is always right) Don't take it literally, but reputation is above all else! Therefore, I do not recommend this institution! After the winter, I was looking for where to turn in my light gray down jacket, upholstered on top and bottom with natural fur (not removable). There were visible stains and not only at the bottom of the sleeves. Only dry cleaning is possible. In Un Momento I was counted 1400 UAH, citing the fact that the thing is branded and they will wash it... separately from other things. For me, it's a bit pricey to say the least. Here they counted 450 UAH. At first I was surprised by such a difference in price and there were doubts whether I was saving 1000 UAH, and in return I would receive a damaged item. But when I came to pick it up, I was very pleasantly surprised.
