If you want to irrevocably ruin your things with your own money, go to an American dry cleaner. The order was not ready by the time indicated on the receipt. The dry cleaners were absolutely rude and told me that I should have understood that the order completion time indicated on the receipt was not realistic (!) and that for the sake of my... order, the employee would not come to work on his day off. The order was delivered three weeks later. The delicate Italian nappa turned into buffalo leather: rough, tough, not suitable for wearing. Comment from the dry cleaner: it will get better when worn.I will never, never, never come back again and I do not advise anyone.read more
