Good afternoon, I handed in the branded down jacket, I was shocked by all this horror. I do not advise! It's interesting that they say it was knocked down at your place, but it's new and it's the first chemical cleaning. They did not specifically touch it, so as not to spoil it.

Good afternoon. I would like to share a negative review of sneaker dry cleaning. The shoes needed cleaning as they were worn in rainy weather and all the dirt is clearly visible in the “Before” photos and videos. This procedure cost me 700 UAH and took a week. I consider the quality of cleaning to be disproportionately low in relation to the... price. You can see the result in the “After” photo and video. We only cleaned the laces (and that is, places with stains where simply rubbing with your finger can almost completely get rid of them). The biggest question is about suede. It feels like it was just rubbed with a brush. The sole is dirty. At the beginning, I thought that the stains were already ingrained into the rubber, but in fact, after wiping with an ordinary damp cloth, some of them went away. I don’t quite understand how shoes can be in this condition after dry cleaning. Extremely dissatisfied.Update: I took the shoes back to the dry cleaner to sort out the situation. I was offered a second cleaning, which I agreed to. Within 5-6 days they called that they could pick up the sneakers. In the end it turned out pretty good. You can enter the territory only if you have a key to enter the store, which only residents of the residential complex at this address have. They cleaned down jackets a couple of times in the winter, they clean well, they do not damage the filler. There are many different services, once they handed over another coat and blanket for cleaning. All super, did a great job.

"American Dry Cleaners" is a complete fraud. They take money and do not answer for anything! I handed in a t-shirt and a man's shirt - no stain was removed at all!!!
